Sidney Abrams leads Nonprofit HR’s Consulting Practice with more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience. In his role as Managing Director, Sidney oversees client engagements for HR projects and on-site outsourcing. He has successfully led many complex engagements including multi-state compliance audits, HRIS implementations and functional assessments. Sidney is highly versed in human resource strategy and implementation, with recognized expertise in the areas of audit/compliance, analysis and improvement, and HRIS/HR technology. His undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland is in Human Resource Management and he has earned professional certifications from HRCI, SHRM and HCI.
